Storage and handling recommendations:
· The product must be stored in its original packaging, at an approximate temperature between 20ºC and 25ºC and a relative humidity between 50% and 55%. Exposure to direct light should be avoided. High temperatures can cause changes in the surface appearance of the vinyl and/or adhesive overflow from the sides of the rolls.
· In case of partial use of the roll, store the remaining material in the plastic bag and inside the cardboard box.
· Drastic changes in humidity or temperature can cause dimensional variations in the self-adhesive structure, which can produce waviness in the sheet format and produce wrinkles or registration failures. Changes in tension may occur in the rolls, causing difficulty in registration.
· Use gloves to avoid fingerprints on the vinyl film.
· Avoid hitting the edges of the roll when unpacking the material.
· The application surface for installations must be clean of any contaminating agent that may affect the final adhesion.
· The good performance of the product depends on various factors, therefore, it is recommended to do prior tests according to your specific need and under the exact process and application conditions.
