Presentation of the product:

Roll quantity: 30 yards
Width: 20 Inch
Online Sale: 20 In x 30 Yds (full roll).

Heat Transfer Vinyl, POLITAPE brand: It consists of an ecological polyurethane film with a thermal activation adhesive, 20 inches wide and 27.5 yards long.

Suitable and innovative for quick applications with less temperature and easy application, due to its structure that is less sensitive to the touch.

Ideal for printing on fabrics such as uncoated nylon, cotton, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/acrylics. POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be used for printing on t-shirts, leisure and sportswear, sports bags and promotional items.

Washing Resistance: In the washing and drying process, it is recommended not to use temperatures above 140° F. Wash the garment inside out.

Application Conditions:

Preheat the fabric or garment for 3 seconds before printing, then apply the graphic.
Temperature: 320° F.
Pressure: 30-35 psi [medium pressure].
Time: 5 seconds.
Remove the liner when warm and reapply for 2 seconds of fixing.
Cut the vinyl in mirror mode, it is recommended to use 45° blades, if you have a plotter cameo, validate by increasing the pressure of it.
These printing variables can also be used as alternative bonding conditions:

Time: 266° F, 5 sec. / 302° F, 4 sec. / 320° F, 3 sec.
FABRICS: NYLON.
Pressure: 25 psi [low pressure].
It is recommended to remove the liner or transparent polyester support when cold or warm.
It is always recommended to do validation tests and behavior of the textile vinyl on the garment before releasing the production.

Use of layers or lamination: It can be used over flat colors such as the Turbo or Perform line, metallic, reflective, flocked and textured colors, it is not recommended to use more than 3 layers of overlapping vinyls on itself as it could weaken the adhesive structure.

Note: For use on fabrics with high elongation, it is recommended to apply the graphic piece in an area of the garment that is less flexible or subject to less friction.

Test the behavior of the graphic on sublimated fabrics or subjected to coloring processes prior to production to identify if the textile vinyl becomes pigmented after the bonding process. If so, it is recommended to use a textile vinyl with Blockout.

In nylon-based garments with hydrophobic impregnation, it is only recommended to use the nylon textile vinyl line and test it beforehand.
